Cash and all major credit cards are accepted, we do not accept checks of any kind.
To secure a procedure date, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. In some cases your procedure can be performed following a consultation. The balance is due prior to your procedure.
There are no refunds for the cost of the scalp micropigmentation. Travel expenses are the sole responsibility of the client. Additional fees may apply for those using United Medical Credit.
State or Federally issued photo ID is required prior to beginning your procedure.
To receive the first responders, teachers, active-duty military or veterans discount please ensure you bring valid and appropriate identification.
1 touch-up is included with all procedures. If your procedure requires 2 sessions, a touch-up is included in addition to these sessions. No touchup will be performed prior to 3 weeks from the original application of your scalp micropigmentation procedure.
Consultations are by appointment only and are free. However, if you are unable to make your appointment please call as soon as possible. Consultations not cancelled within 2 hours of your appointment will require a $100 fee to reschedule. This fee will be applied to your procedure should you decide to move forward.
ScalpMasters Inc.reserves the right to terminate a procedure if the client becomes uncooperative, is unable to remain still, confrontational, or demands that the artist perform the procedure in way that can jeopardize the results.
